About the Position

The Market Development Representative will be a key team player driving market/sales engagement. In addition to supporting multiple Sales Directors with strategic outreach, the Market Development Representative will be responsible for cultivating and qualifying early stage opportunities, coordinating initial discovery calls, and will work closely with the broader team to develop targeted campaigns. The successful candidate will have enterprise SaaS sales experience and a history of executing thoughtful and personalized outreach to top organizational leadership at large enterprises. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, entrepreneurial, as well as have a desire to grow professionally in a fast pace environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years prior experience in a lead generation, sales, and / or marketing (SaaS experience a plus, but not required)
  • Proven success exceeding high-volume sales targets in a goal driven environment
  • Experienced outreach to senior decision-makers including Director, VP and C level roles
  • Passion for Financial Services and strong drive to navigate large, complex organization and communicate value proposition for complex enterprise software
  • Creativity and a willingness to reinvent approach to the role and processes to achieve breakthrough success
  • Excellent academic qualifications; Bachelor’s degree required
  • US Work Qualifications

Your Role

  • Develop and qualify opportunities across different industry verticals
  • Prospect and identify key relationships at target companies and lay the foundation for a strong, lasting relationship
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing for demand generation activities
  • Manage, track and report all activities and results
